Our Story
Since 2012 our story began when our founders started Intellect as a Change Management Company. On their quest to find the most qualified coaches that would give our partners the adequate support needed for organizational learning and change, they faced a challenge of finding coaches that would not only speak the language but would also fully grasp the culture to be able to provide effective, culture sensitive coaching to our partners. This gap encouraged us to offer in-house, ICF accredited coaching training courses and build our own team of competent coaches. We didn’t know it at the time, but this was Intellect Coaching School in the making.
Today, Intellect School is the first company in the world to offer the Arabic ACSTH program and a market leader in the coaching industry with seven science-based programs. Our vision is to become the Harvard of Coaching in the Middle East and our number one goal is to create a positive Ripple Effect through coaching.
Once we see that our graduates cultivated qualities in their clients that helped them become better parents, better leaders, better managers, better spouses and, ultimately, better humans, we’ll know we have succeeded.
